7-Day Free Returns & Exchanges

  • Michaeljude products are eligible for return or exchange within 7 days of delivery.

  • No charges for exchanges – it's on us!

Offline Store Exchange Policy

  • Products purchased from Michaeljude offline stores are eligible for exchange within 15 days of purchase.

  • No returns or refunds apply for offline store purchases.

Same-Day Refund / Exchange Process

  • Once your request is verified, reverse pickup is initiated within 24 hours.

  • Our courier partner will pick up the product within 1–2 days.

  • Refund or exchange is processed on the same day as pickup.

Note: Pickup may be refused if original tags are missing, or if the item appears worn, washed, or soiled.

Self-Ship Process

If reverse pickup is unavailable at your pincode:

  1. Pack items securely with all tags attached.

Within 48 hours of receiving your return, the full amount + ₹100 (shipping reimbursement) will be refunded to your bank account.

Exchange for a Different Product

You can exchange for a different product:

  • If the new product costs more, pay the difference.

  • If it costs less, the balance is refunded as a gift card.

What If I Don't Receive My Refund?

  • You'll receive email/SMS updates once refund is initiated.

  • Bank refunds for prepaid orders take 7–10 business days.

Shipping Rates

  • Free shipping across India for all prepaid orders.

  • Nominal charge applies for COD orders, based on location.

Order Processing

Orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days (Monday–Saturday).

Delivery Time

  • Most serviceable pincodes: within 5 days.

  • Possible delay of 2–3 additional business days in some cases.
